Abstract
This Study aims to determine the influence of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers’ decisions in using BSI Mobile (case study of BSI customers in D.I Yogyakarta). This research is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been previously determined. The population of this study are BSI customers in D.I Yogyakarta. Sampling from this study using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained through siatributing questionnaires. The primary data in this studi used 122 questionnaires that could be processed. This study uses the Technolody Acceptance Model 2 (TAM 2) approach by adding the Trust variabel. The data analysis method used in this research is testing using SEM Warp PLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that the variabels Subjective Norm, Image, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result Demonstration, Perceived Ease of Use afeects Perceived Usefulness. Then the variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use has an affect on Intention to Use, but Variabel trust has no effect on either Perceived Usefulenss or Intention to Use. In the final, the Intention to Use varible influences the Usage Behavior of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in using BSI Mobile.
