Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of field digital transformation, Work-Life Balance, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The objects in this study were employees at Bank BPD DIY Syariah and Bank BPD DIY Senopati. The sample method used in this research is convenience sampling. The research data used was primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires online (Google Form) and offline to 90 respondents. The analysis toosl used in this research is SMART-PLS 3.0 and SPSS Version 26. The analysis technique used is Outer Model, Inner Model, Hypothesis Test and Comparation Test. The results of this study shows that there is a negative and significant influence between Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Work-Life Balance have effect on Turnover Intention in Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Emotional Intelligence did not have a significat effect toward employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah. Work-Life Balance and Emotional Intelligence partially did not have a significant effect on Turnover Intention in Employees of Bank BPD DIY Senopati. The Digital Transformation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention in both objects. There is no difference factors that influence turnover intention between employee’s of Bank BPD DIY Syariah and Bank BPD DIY Senopati.
