Abstract
This research is a qualitative research that aims to determine people's interest in using pension funds which are influenced by religiosity, servis, and personality as independent variables in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a convenience sampling technique in which the authors chose respondents who were easy to find and obtained so that there were 150 samples studied. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 26. Simultaneous tests showed that religiosity, servis, and personality had a significant effect on people's interest in using pension funds. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that partially religiosity, servis, and personality have a positive and significant impact on people's interest in using pension funds. The variables of religiosity, servis, and personality have a positive and significant impact on people's interest in using pension funds. The value of the coefficient of determination or the influence of the independent variables in this study on interest is 74.1%, while the remaining 36.1% is influenced by other variables not measured in this regression model.
