Abstract
Green banking is a form of responsibility or responsibility of the banking sector in an effort to preserve the environment. The commitment to implementing green banking in the Indonesian banking sector has been implemented by banks in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of green banking in efforts to improve environmental, financial and operational performance. The method used in this study is SEM-PLS, the data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. This study used a sample of 115 from a population of bank employees in the banking sector in Indonesia. This study found that green banking has a significant positive impact on environmental, financial and operational performance.
