Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, workload and compensation on employee performance. The objects of this research were 25 employees of Bank BSI KC Pekalongan Pemuda and 12 employees of Bank BSI KCP Weleri Kendal. Data from the study were collected through a questionnaire using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and R² test. Testing the hypothesis using SPSS Software for Windows version 26. The results of data analysis show that the variables of work discipline, workload, and compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance
