Abstract

Company performance is the result of the company's various business processes in using capital. This study aims to determine the effect of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Audit Committee on company performance at companies registered on ISSI 2015-2022. The independent variables in this research are the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee as well as the company's performance variables. The sample in the research was 66 companies registered at ISSI 2015-2022. The data used in this study are secondary data with data collection techniques of panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the board of commissioners and the audit committee have no significant effect on financial performance and the board of directors has a positive and significant effect.
