Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance of mobile banking technology on Use Behavior through the UTAUT 2 Model Approach at Indonesian Sharia Banks in Yogyakarta. In this study, researchers tried to look at the paradigm of thinking and attitudes of Islamic bank customers using the theoretical perspective of UTAUT 2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) from Venkatesh, et al (2012). Research using quantitative methods was conducted on 100 respondents with reference to the purposive sampling method with the criteria of Bank Syariah Indonesia mobile banking users and generation Z spread across Yogyakarta. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires using Google forms which were distributed online. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the WarpPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study show that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, security/privacy have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. In addition, habit and behavioral intention also have a positive and significant effect on behavioral use in the Bank Syariah Indonesia mobile banking application.
