Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and prove whether inflation and the Islamic financial sector have a relationship and influence economic growth. This study discusses and examines the effect of the inflation rate and the Islamic financial sector on Indonesia's economic growth for the period 2011 quarter 1 to 2022 quarter 4. The data used in this research is secondary data which is time series data. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis techniques assisted by the Eviews 9 program. The variables used are Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and sukuk. The results of this study indicate that the inflation variable has no significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The sharia stock variable (JII) has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The sukuk variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the inflation variable, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and sukuk have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia for the period 2011 quarter 1 to 2022 quarter 4.
