Abstract

This Study aims to identify the determinants of domestic invesment in the former East Priangan Prefecture. The estimated factors are road length, water supply, electricity sold, labour and gross regional domestic product (GRDP). The data used in this study are secondary data from DPMPTSP and Central Bureau of Statistics publication with a research period of 6 years (2015-2022). The analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis (a combination of cross section and time series data) with the fixed effects model as the selected model. The results of the partial analysis show that road infrastructure (X1) has a significant positive effect on FDI. Water infrastructure (X2) has no effect on FDI. Labour force (X4) has no effect on FDI. And GRDP (X5) has significant negative effect on FDI in former East Priangan Prefecture.
