Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, Islamic financial literacy, and students' perceptions of Islamic banks on students' interest in working in Islamic banks at student Islamic boarding school of Al-Luqmaniyyah Yogyakarta. The number of samples that took as many as 100 students with purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression measurement using SPSS 26 software. The primary data used in this writing was obtained from the results of the answers to the questionnaires distributed to respondents who met the research criteria. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, work motivation, Islamic financial literacy, and students' perceptions of Islamic banks have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in working in Islamic banks. Partially, work motivation has no effect on students' interest in working in Islamic banks, but Islamic financial literacy and students' perceptions of Islamic banks have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in working in Islamic banks.
