Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important thing that must be felt by employees, it will create high morale. One of the driving things is career development provided by the company, psychological well-being felt by employees and the value of compensation according to work. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, psychological well-being and compensation on job satisfaction of Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 40 employees by providing written questions (questionnaire) to identify the results of the written questions. The application used for analysis is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 27. The results of the test show that simultaneously career development, psychological well-being and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat KCU Yogyakarta
