Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance productivity at BPRS Margirizki Bahagia through the intervening variable job satisfaction, with 32 respondents. The research method uses quantitative with SmartPLS 4.0 as a data analysis tool. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results showed that employee engagement and psychological capital had a significant effect on productivity with p-values of 0.009 and 0.025, but had no effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000 but has no effect on work productivity. Job satisfaction here does not mediate the productivity of employee performance..
