Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of job insecurity, job satisfaction, and workload on turnover intention with work stress as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in Yogyakarta by taking samples using a purposive sampling technique (working minimum > 1 year in strategic work positions, non-security and cleaning staff). This study uses path analysis (Analisis Jalur), namely the development of multiple linear regression, with SPSS 25.0 software. as a medium of analysis. The results of this study indicate that of the nine hypotheses proposed, three of them have a positive and significant effect, while the rest have no significant effect.
