Abstract

This study aims to determine student work readiness seen from internal locus of control, emotional intelligence, and organizational activity. The object of this research is Islamic Banking students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Using multiple regression analysis tested with SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between internal locus of control, emotional intelligence, and organizational activity on job readiness both partially and simultaneously.
