Abstract

Muslim society has long yearned for an economy based on sharia principles. The problem of human resources who are less trained in the field of Islamic finance will lead to a lack of professionalism. This type of research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 105 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 25 analysis tool. The statistical test results show that attitudes have a positive and significant effect, while Subjective norms and behavioral control have a positive but do not have a significant effect.
