Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work engagement, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. This study uses a moderating variable, namely organizational citizen behavior. The object of this research is BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten employees, totaling 36 employees. In this study using primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires directly to BPRS AL Mabrur Klaten employees. SPSS was used as an analysis tool for this research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust variables on employee performance. OCB as a moderating variable succeeds in moderating organizational commitment and job embeddedness to employee performance. The job embeddedness variable has no significant effect on the performance of BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten employees.
