Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of self-efficacy and social support on career maturity through a future time perspective as an intervening variable (among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Kalijaga). The research method employed is quantitative, using the PLS-SEM analysis model with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research population consists of students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, with a sample size of 215 students selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research data comprises primary data collected through both online and offline questionnaire surveys. The findings of this study reveal that self-efficacy and future time perspective significantly impact student`s career maturity, while social support does not have a significant influence on career maturity. Both self-efficacy and social support have an impact on future time perspective. Lastly, the future-time perspective is capable of mediating the relationship between self-efficacy, social support, and career maturity.
