Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic financial inclusion, and the quality of human resources on MSME performance (a case study on MSME in Depok District, Sleman Regency). The type in this study was quantitative with a population of all MSMEs in Depok District, Sleman Regency. The sample of this study was 100 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire technique. The sample in this study used non-probability, purposive sampling. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) form. While the application used to test this research is by using WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial literacy and the quality of human resources have a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. Whereas in this study, the Islamic financial inclusion variable has no effect on the performance of MSMEs.
