Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle, and income on the financial management of young workers. The type of this research is quantitative research. The data source in this study is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to young workers in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is young workers in Yogyakarta. Based on the determination of the sample, 152 respondents were obtained where they were selected by purposive sampling. The data that has been obtained then processed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 software. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS method by measuring the outer model and structural model. The results of the study found that there was a positive effect of Islamic financial literacy on the personal financial management of young workers. Then lifestyle and income also have a positive influence on the personal financial management of young workers.
