Abstract

After graduating from college, individuals will enter a new stage in their lives. Generally, they will start to enter the workforce. In the transition phase from college to the workforce, individuals will experience various new things and require adaptation in their careers. Therefore, researchers aimed to further analyze the relationsh ip between vocational maturity and hardiness towards career adaptability in fresh graduates. The study used a quantitative research method with a sample of 157 fresh graduates who had graduated less than a year ago and studied in the DIY province. The resu lts showed that both vocational maturity and hardiness had a simultaneous relationship with career adaptability with a significance of 0.00 (<0.05). Partially, vocational maturity was related to career adaptability with a significance of 0.00, while hardin ess had a partial relationship with career adaptability with a significance of 0.00. Based on the data, it can be concluded that vocational maturity and hardiness have a relationship with career adaptability.
