Abstract

This research concerns the evaluation of the Digital Library of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University based on the user's perspective. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of user Satisfaction based on 5 sub-variables of the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method, namely: Content, Format, Accuracy, Ease of Use, Timeliness. The subjects of this study were active students of 'Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year, while the object was the Digital Library of 'Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 6270, while the sample taken is 99 people. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The overall results of this study indicate that the percentage value of the sub variable Content is 80.4%, Accuracy is 79.9%, Format is 78.6%, Ease of Use is 78.9%, Timeliness is 78.1%. It is concluded that the sub-variables Timeliness, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use get high score and Content get very high score. It is hoped that the librarian can improve services in some of these components so that user satisfaction for the Digital Library of 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University increases.
