Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the user's perception of Si Yokca application at DPAD DIY Library Service Center. This research is categorized in descriptive quantitative research. The subjects of this study are users of DPAD DIY Library Service Center. The object of this research is the user's perception of Si Yokca application at DPAD DIY Library Service Center. The samples obtained from calculations using Yamane and Michael formula are 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. This study has a single variable; the user's perception of Si Yokca application. This research instrument uses the theory of electronic service quality; namely efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. The scale used in this study uses Likert using 4 answer options. Meanwhile, data collection techniques in this study used 4 methods; observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses the mean and grand mean. The results of this research show that the calculation of all sub-variables which shows a grand mean value of 3,19 is included in the good category. The efficiency sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,19 categorized as good. The reliability sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,30 included the excellent category. The fulfillment sub-variable shows a mean value of 2,98 categorized as good. The privacy sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,23 categorized as good. The responsiveness sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,19 categorized as good. The compensation sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,14 categorized as good. The contact sub-variable shows a mean value of 3,29 included the excellent category. Suggestions to DPAD DIY Library Service, the lowest grand mean value of 2.98 in the fulfillment sub variable in the application can be increased again so that users are more comfortable in using it, such as completing reading materials in the DPAD DIY library service center according to the information in the Si Yokca application. If the book stock is located in another room, such as in the deposit room, or in a modern learning house in Sewon, it is better to provide the soft files.
