Abstract

Research Evaluation Software Senayan as Library Automation System is intended to describe the quality and check whether the software Senayan have good quality as the library automation system. The method in this research using qualitative methods. Subjects in this study is the software Senayan, while the object is a software quality Senayan library automation system. Documentation techniques used for data collection, observation (testing / simulation), and interviews. In this study, taken four informants to be interviewed which consists of developers, users and end-users of the library. Interviews were conducted by using their own records and use the voice recorder. To analyze the data based on the theory of Miles and Huberman in three steps (1) Data reduction (2) Presentation of data,and (3) Withdrawal of conclusion and verification. The study was based on the assessment sub variable consisting of 11 factors proposed software quality McCall consisting of truth, reliability, efficiency, integrity, usability, maintainabilitas, flexibility, testabilitas, portability, reusability and interoperability. Of the 11 subfactors or variables focused on three important aspects of software products, namely the operational characteristics, ability to experience change and their ability to adapt to new environments. The results showed that all factors had a good and fulfilling aspects of software quality is good. This is shown by the 11 factors obtained eight sub-variables obtain good value sub-variables ie truth, efficiency, integrity, usability, maintainabilitas, flexibility, portability, and reusability. While the rest get enough value, namely sub variable reliability, testabilitas, and interoperability. Therefore we can conclude that software quality Senayan as library automation system is good
