Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, internship experience and soft skills on the work readiness of students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The objects of this research were students from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The sample method used in this research is purposive sampling. The research data used is primary data obtained through distributing online questionnaires (Google Form) to 150 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is IBM SPSS Version 23. The analysis techniques used are Descriptive Test, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of this research indicate that there is a partial and significant influence between Internship Experience and Work Readiness. The variables Work Motivation and Soft Skills do not have a partial and significant effect on the Work Readiness of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
