Abstract
The study aims to see how the influence of investment knowledge, Islamic financial literacy, and investment motivation on investment interest in the Islamic capital market by using financial self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The case study in this research is generation Z who live in South Sulawesi province. This study used SEM-PLS analysis with WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool. The results showed that Islamic financial literacy and investment motivation partially influenced investment interest. However, investment knowledge was found to have no effect on investment interest in the Islamic capital market. Meanwhile, financial self-efficacy moderates the relationship between investment knowledge and Islamic financial literacy on investment interest, but financial self-efficacy does not moderate the relationship between investment motivation and investment interest.
