Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of bank risk on bank financial performance. In this study using bank risks such as credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO) and liquidity risk (LDR). Financial performance as a dependent variable is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). Based on purposive sampling techniques in determining sample criteria, this study uses the population of all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. This study used secondary data, namely annual reports. The data analysis used was panel data regression analysis with the Eviews 12 test tool. The results showed that credit risk variables had no effect on ROA, operational risk variables had a negative effect on ROA and liquidity risk had no effect on ROA.
