Abstract

The Nash equilibria is one of the important problems in non-cooperative linear quadratic dynamic games. This research aims to find the Nash equilibria using the algebraic Riccati equation and its connection with the invariant subspace. The control system used is an open loop type with the assumption that all players can stabilize the system. Quadratic linear optimal control problems use affine systems in solving non-cooperative quadratic linear games. This research also examines nonsymmetric algebraic Riccati equation which have different matrix dimensions from symmetric algebraic Riccati equation. Then becomes the background for the definition of stability and left-right stability in non-symmetric algebraic Riccati equation. Next, we will provide a solution to the non-symmetric algebraic Riccati equation based on its invariant subspace and the application of dynamic game theory to the problem of government debt stabilization.
