Abstract

People feel satisfied when accessing media because there are certain motives that motivate them to do so. Social media, such as Instagram, has become an important means of communication in today's digital era. In fact, institutions such as mosques also use Insta gram accounts to disseminate information to the public. This research aims to explore the motives that encourage individuals to access the Instagram account @muslimunited.official and identify the level of satisfaction they get from these interactions. Thi s research method uses a quantitative survey research method. The population was 100 people and the sample was determined using the Slovin formula which produced 50 samples. Analysis of this research data uses Spearman Rank Correlation and for the scale us es a rating scale from 1 5 . This research instrument uses an online questionnaire. The result is that the highest motivation is the motivation to get Stardaynite study information with a score of 210 . Meanwhile, the highest satisfaction level value is obta ined by the Satisfaction Level of Getting Stardaynite Study Information with a score of 209 . The correlation level of Motivation and Satisfaction Level is very high with a correlation coefficient of 0.826 and a significant level. 0,000 . Apart from that, GS < GO stated that the Instagram account @muslimunited.official had satisfied the desires of the Real Mosque congregation. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the Alternative Hypothesis was accepted and the Null Hypothesis was r ejected.
