Abstract
This research aims to examine the influence of financial rewards and job market considerations on students' career interests through company image as a moderating variable. The research data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to Yogyakarta Sharia Banking students who have carried out internships/PKL. The analysis tool used is smart-pls 3.0 software with Outer Model and Inner Model testing. Financial awards do not have a significant effect on students' career interest in Sharia Banking. However, labor market considerations have a positive and significant effect.
