Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of compensation, career development, and work motivation on the quality of employee work life. This research is quantitative. The population in this study were employees of Sharia Banks in Tegal City and Regency who had worked for a minimum of 6 months. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The data obtained in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires to employees of Tegal City and Regency Sharia Bank. The research's primary data used a questionnaire from 40 respondents. The research data analysis method uses SPSS 25. The research results partially influence compensation and career development variables on the quality of work life, while work motivation has no effect on the quality of employee work life.
