Abstract
PharmCloud is a product technology in the pharmaceutical industry, aiming to enhance service efficiency through the implementation of Cloud-Based Pharmacy Network Business Design. The proposed business design focuses on optimizing pharmacy inventories, improving customer service responsiveness, and ensuring effective information management. The goal of this business design is to optimize customer service and foster collaboration among pharmacy branches. It is designed to serve both large and small pharmacy networks, with a vision of creating a digitally connected ecosystem where each pharmacy synergizes to provide efficient and high-quality services to customers. The expected benefits include a deeper understanding of cloud technology adoption in the pharmaceutical industry, effective marketing strategy identification, and significant market opportunities. Sales projections indicate stable growth over the years, driven by network expansion, increased efficiency, and enhanced service offerings. The industry’s growth prospects in Indonesia are promising, with the potential to capture a substantial market share. It is assumed that customer acquisition costs will remain acceptable or even decrease with optimized marketing and sales strategies.
