Abstract

The need for halal food and beverages in Indonesia is expected to increase every year, this is according to the data report on the projection of halal product consumption in Indonesia according to Dinar Standard. It is projected that in 2025 the consumption of halal products will reach US $ 282 billion. Where the largest category is in the food and beverage sector. CV Putra Farma is a manufacturing company for instant beverage powders that is very concerned about the halal supply chain. Research was conducted to analyze the performance of CV Putra Farma's halal supply chain using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach. Performance measurement with 17 performance indicators that have been validated by the production manager of CV Putra Farma with weighting using AHP to measure the level of importance of each performance indicator measured. The results of measuring the performance of CV Putra Farma's halal supply chain resulted in a performance value of 78.45 (Good), and had 4 indicators that had an insufficient performance value, namely: production time planning (PRS1), machine set up time (MRS1), machine damage handling (MAG1), and speed of replacing complain products (RRS1). This study also provides suggestions for improvements to indicators that have poor performance values. The improvement solutions provided are based on the results of brainstorming between researchers and production managers
