Abstract
The competition between companies is becoming increasingly fierce with the emergence of similar businesses. Therefore, companies need to enhance their business strategies, one of which is improving the ability to supply the products to consumers on time. CV ABC is a bottled drinking water company which has understock problem on its brand O size 240 ml so the products cannot be distributed on time. This problem is suspected to arise from the intuitive forecasting method being used. Hence, this study aims to identify effective forecasting techniques and inventory management strategies to reduce the risk of understock without causing overstock. Using WINQSB software, it was concluded that the best forecasting model for the company is single exponential smoothing with trend, with
