Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Jabodetabek community's intention to use Electronic Money Cards based on the TAM and TPB approaches. Hypothesis testing in this research uses a structural model (inner model) with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. This research data was obtained from the results of collecting questionnaires via Google Form which were distributed to the people of Jabodetabek who use electronic money cards. The sample obtained was 257 respondents. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward use. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Attitude toward using, subjective norm, perceived behavior control have a positive and significant effect on intention to use electronic money cards. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness does not have a significant effect on intention to use electronic money cards
