Abstract

This research is entitled "Usability Testing Mobile Si Yokca Application in Grhatama Pustaka Library Yogyakarta." This study aims to determine the results of user usability testing on the Si YOKCA application at the Grhatama Pustaka Library Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The population in this study was 3314 and the sample was 97. This study used the System Usability Scale (SUS) method through closed questionnaires distributed using Google forms with 10 questions to respondents. The results of the study obtained an SUS value of 72.68 with an interpretation value of the percentiles range of 65.7% so there are no problems with the Si Yokca application because it is above the average percentiles range, Grade B which shows that the Si Yokca application has received a good response from its users, "Good" adjectives which shows that the Si Yokca application has received a good response from its users, "acceptable" Net Promoter Score (NPS) "passive" which means that users of the Si Yokca application are not in a state of not refusing or not wanting to use the application, but they are also not in a state of really liking it. The results of the evaluation using the usability theory show that the Si Yokca application can be put to good use without any problems, so that it can be used by its users to meet their information needs. The results of the study provide advice to the Grhatama Pustaka Library to conduct a study on the Si Yokca application interface so as to increase user satisfaction.
