Abstract

This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program (GLS) at SMAN 4 Jayapura and to evaluate the successes, deficiencies, and potential for developing the program. By using the CIPP Theory (Context, Input, Process, Product) as an evaluation framework, this research is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of the implementation of the literacy program in the school. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, in which the researcher describes the data based on the results of research in the field. The research was conducted at SMAN 4 Jayapura using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The study uses data analysis techniques, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. As for testing the credibility of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The results of this study are to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of the School Literacy Movement Program (GLS) at SMAN 4 Jayapura.
