Abstract

In an era where internet usage is increasingly widespread, web applications must be able to operate smoothly under high user loads. The development of load testing software becomes crucial for measuring and improving web application performance. This project aims to design and build user-friendly load testing software using the prototyping method, built with the .NET Framework and C# programming language. The development process involves several prototype iterations, from the initial to the final version, which are tested and evaluated based on user feedback. During implementation, the software includes a user interface (UI) for inputting test data, a load testing engine for sending HTTP requests, and a data model for storing test results. Additional features such as data export to CSV format are also included. Each development stage, from requirements analysis to beta testing, involves users to ensure the software meets desired needs and specifications. The development results show that the load testing software can help developers identify and fix performance issues in web applications more efficiently. This software also ensures that web applications can operate well before launch, reducing the risk of future problems. Thus, load testing software has a positive impact on supporting the development of more reliable and responsive web applications.
