Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of career development, loyalty, compensation, work experience on the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Sudirman Yogyakarta branch office. The object of this research is the employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia, Sudirman Yogyakarta branch office. The sample method used is convenience sampling method. The research data used is primary obtained from distributing questionnaires offline to 37 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 25. The analysis techniques used in this research are Descriptive Test, Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial and significant influence between work experience on the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Sudirman and no effect between career development on employee performance, loyalty to employee performance, compensation on employee performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Yogyakarta Sudirman.
