Abstract

This research aims to find out the morphology and anatomy of the gelodok fish (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris), then develop a booklet on the morphology and anatomy of the gelodok fish as a biology learning resource and determine the quality of the booklet as a biology learning resource and determine students' responses to the gelodok fish booklet product as a biology learning resource. This research and development (R&D) uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are then developed into biology learning resources in the form of booklets using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which is limited to the development stage. Based on the results of the study, the morphology of the Gelodok fish (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris) is obtained, namely the eyes, mouth, fins (pectoral, dorsal, anal, ventral and caudal) and anatomy including the brain, liver, heart, gall bladder, digestive tract, testes, ovaries and kidneys. The media feasibility assessment was conducted by three validators, namely material experts, media experts and biology teachers of SMAN 1 Telagasari. Then it was tested in a limited trial on 20 students of class X of SMAN 1 Telagasari. The average result of the overall feasibility assessment of the booklet was 85.84% with the quality of "Very Feasible". Based on this assessment, it can be concluded that the Morphology and Anatomy of Gelodok Fish (Boleophthalmus pectinirostris) booklet at PRPM Pasir Putih, Karawang Regency is very feasible to be used as a biology learning resource for SMA/MA level.
