Abstract

UMKM face many challenges in running their businesses, ranging from limited capital, limited market access, lack of knowledge about technology. So that many UMKM are still managed manually and traditionally. In this digital era, many UMKM do not have the knowledge or resources to build and manage their own e-commerce platforms. Therefore, this research aims to produce UI/UX design of e-commerce applications for UMKM, improving market access, operational efficiency and customer experience. UMKMart is an online shopping application specialized for UMKM in Indonesia, offering convenience for UMKM in marketing products efficiently and affordably through e-commerce media. UMKMart is designed as user-friendly and functional with features such as, product catalog, integrated payment system, order tracking, and sales analysis. This research also aims to assess the feasibility of developing such a system from an industry perspective, market and marketing analysis, sales projections. UMKMart is expected to help UMKM in expanding their market reach, increasing sales, and optimizing their business operations. This application provides an effective and affordable solution in overcoming the problems that in UMKM.
