Abstract
The current digital era, the use of web -based applications such as Microsoft Excel Online is increasing. This application can be used to write family genealogy data. But the writing of family genealogy data using Microsoft Excel Online must have its own challenges. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the intention of using Microsoft Excel Online for family genealogy based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and TPB (The Theory of Planned Behavior). The constructs are the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, intention, and behavior. This study uses quantitative methods with primary data. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to family members who use the Microsoft Excel Online application as an application for recording family genealogy data. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.2. The results of this study indicate that the perception variable of ease and perception of usefulness has proven to have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of using the Microsoft Excel Online application for family genealogy data. Then the attitude variable, subjective norms, and perception of behavioral control have proven to have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Microsoft Excel Online application for family genealogy data. Finally, the intention variable uses a positive and significant effect on behavior using the Microsoft Excel Online application for family genealogy data
