Abstract

President Joko Widodo confirmed that the first case of COVID-19 in Indonesia was first confirmed on March 2, 2020. During the previous pandemic, several public service places couldn't open services like before the pandemic, which could serve the public or users face to face. face to face or in person. Taking into account the current post-pandemic conditions, libraries need to make adjustments because in essence libraries cannot be separated from services provided to users. For circulation services to run smoothly, a Standard Operatingl Procedure (SOP) is needed as a work reference, and libraries must implement SOPs well and provide post-pandemic services by existing SOPs. In this article, we will analyze the implementation of SOPs in library circulation services after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this qualitative research were librarians or library and archives service staff in the Temanggung district. Meanwhile, the object of this research is the implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the circulation services of the Temanggung Regency Library and Archives Service (DINPUSIP) after the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this research show that the Standar Operasional Prosedur for circulation services at the Temanggung Regency Library and Archives Service (DIPUSIP) has been in place since 2018 and there have been no new SOP changes. Then the Temanggung Regency Library and Archives Service is still waiting for the training period for preparing SOPs so that the results of preparing SOPs follow standar library SOP standars. The implementation of SOPs for circulation services at the Temanggung Regency Library and Archives Service after the Covid-19 pandemic has shown that it is very compliant with existing SOPs, with a percentage of 80% very suitable member card services, 80% very suitable library material lending services, and material return services. the library is 100% by the existing SOP
