Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, spiritual intelligence, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen. The object of this study was PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen. The research data used were primary data with data collection in the form of questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative research, with a population of all employees of PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen totaling 92, while the sample used in this study wa 72 employees. The analysis tool used was IBM SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially the self-efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on employee performance at PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Simultaneously, the three variables have a joint effect on employee performance at PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen.
