Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Adversity Quotient, and Digital Skills on Student Job Readiness in Islamic Banks. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which are processed using SPSS software version 26. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 125 respondents, who are Islamic banking students in Yogyakarta class of 2021. The results of this study indicate that partially self-efficacy and adversity quotient have a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. This shows that students with a high level of self-efficacy and the ability to face challenges tend to be more prepared to enter the world of work. Meanwhile, the digital skills variable does not have a significant effect on students' work readiness, which indicates that other factors may be more dominant in determining work readiness in this sector. These findings are expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing curricula that are more in line with industry needs, as well as for students to further improve the factors that support their readiness to face challenges in the world of work, especially in the Islamic banking sector.
