Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability, company size, information technology investment, and company growth on company value, as well as the role of capital structure as a moderating variable in the relationship, in technology companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) from 2019 to 2023. This study uses a quantitative methodology with an associative approach. Secondary data used comes from company financial documents. Multiple linear regression is used to assess the effect partially, followed by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the role of capital structure as a moderating variable. The results of the study indicate that profitability, company size, information technology investment (ITI), and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on the value of technology companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) from 2019 to 2023. The results of the moderation test indicate that capital structure can only increase the effect of information technology investment on company value, does not moderate the relationship between profitability, company size, and company growth on company value.
