Abstract
Happy Baby is designed as a partnership-based digital platform to simplify baby equipment rental, fulfilling the need for access to quality equipment at affordable prices. The platform comes as a solution to people's limited purchasing power for expensive and temporary baby items. Through a partnership system, baby equipment owners can increase their income by reaching consumers digitally. Happy Baby adopts Blue Ocean Strategy and SWOT analysis to create differentiating values, such as geolocation features and digital vaults for data security. With its sharing economy and e-commerce approach, the platform not only helps with cost efficiency and storage space savings for parents, but also fuels the growth of local MSMEs. Financial projections show the business model is economically viable, supported by a large market potential based on the growing number of children aged 0-4 years. The feasibility analysis shows the Break Even Point (BEP) is reached in year 4 and a positive Net Present Value (NPV), as well as an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) that exceeds the discount assumptions. This proves the projected stable revenue growth and aggressive market penetration strategy. Happy Baby aims to be an innovative solution that provides several benefits, namely increasing the accessibility of family needs and expanding business opportunities for local partners.
