Abstract
The high usage of private vehicles by commuter students presents challenges in parking management, such as limited space and inefficient management systems. This research aims to design a business model for NetPark, a mobile-based digital parking platform intended to assist educational institutions in managing parking in a modern, orderly, and secure manner.. The methodology includes industry and market analysis, business strategy formulation, analysis of business economic aspects, marketing plans, design and development planning stages, operational planning, financial projections, business development strategies, and financial feasibility studies. NetPark offers two service packages Basic and Premium each providing features such as parking slot management, barcode systems, digital payments, transaction reports, and loyalty systems.. The design results indicate that NetPark has high implementation potential, particularly in small to medium-sized high schools and universities. With a monthly subscription model and a gradual development strategy, NetPark is projected to break even in the third year and begin making a profit the following year. This design offers an adaptive solution to the needs of educational institutions in the digital era, while also demonstrating strong prospects as a viable and sustainable business.
