Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention of Islamic boarding school alumni to use Sharia Digital Banks using the UTAUT2 approach. The variables tested include Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, and Habit towards Behavioral Intention. The research method employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire and is analyzed through SEM-PLS. The results indicate that Effort Expectancy, Price Value, and Habit have a significant positive influence, while the other variables are not significant. These findings are expected to provide insights for marketing strategies and the development of Sharia digital banking services.
