Abstract

Cases of sexual violence in Indonesia have been increasing every year. The victims include women and men from various age groups, including minors. One of the causes of the high rates of sexual violence is the lack of public knowledge regarding sexual education. Therefore, Taulebih has emerged to respond to this issue. The Instagram account @taulebih.id is an educational account that often discusses sexual education from an Islamic perspective. Taulebih aims to normalize discussions on sexual education in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze sexual violence prevention education on the Instagram account @taulebih.id. Using a qualitative approach with content analysis methods, this study analyzes various forms of sexual education as a preventive effort against sexual violence based on the concept of violence and staying safe proposed by UNESCO. In addition, this research also analyzes the methods of message delivery used by @taulebih in the sexual violence prevention education posts, based on the message structuring model formulated by Cassandra. The findings show that the Instagram account @taulebih.id can serve as a medium for sexual education, especially regarding the education of sexual violence prevention.
