Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accountability, transparency, trust, and service quality on the intention of muzakki in distributing zakat through BAZNAS in Cirebon Regency. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach, and the number of samples in this study was 115 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression involving testing of the outer model and the inner model through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that the variables of transparency and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the intention of muzakki in distributing zakat. Conversely, the variables of accountability and trust do not affect the intention of muzakki in distributing zakat.
